Dr. Watson is the new settled pastor at Weimar United Church. He was ordained in the North Texas Association of the South Central Conference of the United Church of Christ on May 1,1993. He has served congregations in Texas, Missouri, Indiana, and Kentucky. Dr. Watson received his education from Hardin-Simmons University (B.A. and M.A. in Religion) and Baylor University (PhD in Religion). He is married to Annie and his a dog dad to Leto, a teacup Yorkie. Together, Jimmy and Annie have five children and five grandchildren that are scattered throughout Texas, Kentucky, and California.
